Ingredients: Atta 1 cup, salt, oil, potato
Make dough using water.
3 tbsp oil and 1 cup whole green mong (cooked with salt)
make a green chilli paste with salt and 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
deep fry the whole mixture filled in the dough rolled in to thin layers.
on getting little redish, take it oout.
enjoy delicious samosas with chutney.
